• Where is the store based?

• What if I want a custom item?

  Please contact us, we will work with you to complete your order to your specification. Custom orders require prepayment. There is a no refund policy on custom work.

  Of course custom items take longer to be shipped.
  We can work with you to create your dreams!

• What about custom handstamped orders?

  Unfortunately we have recently been "burned" on some orders. All custom orders will require payment upon placing order. They can take up to 7-10 days for completion.
  SALES ON ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, shipping can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks depending on where it is being shipped.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. We cannot predict anything mother nature deals us. We provide tracking numbers with all of our shipments.
  International orders can range from 3-8 weeks.

• Is there anything else I should know about ordering from Buddha Kanuddha Designs?

  Yes there is! ...here is the legal ease to protect our private label designs! When you place your order with Buddha Kanuddha Designs, you agree to hold harmless Buddha Kanuddha Designs and/or myself (Jeanine Mulholland) from any liability or injury (intentional or accidental) resulting from the wear, use or ownership of item/items purchased and that you will not reproduce for profit, any of our designs without the written permission of Buddha Kanuddha Designs Owner, Jeanine Mulholland.

• Shipping rates and policies

  All packages will be sent insured with signature required. Why you ask? Because the grinch at Christmas time claimed they never received their package, although it was confirmed through the US Postal Service it was. So therefore, we now require signatures for all packages.

• Do we sell wholesale?

  Yes we do. A valid sales Tax ID needs to be provided to Buddha Kanuddha Designs. There is a minimum $300 (after discount provided) order for wholesale discount. Please contact us directly to inquire about wholesale orders.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
